Request deletion

1. Write support@reiseninstitute.com from the Google or Microsoft address you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Reisen account.
3. Say you want the account closed.

We match the request to the email on the account. If you write from a different address, include the signed-in email.

What we delete

• The Reisen school account for that email (name, email, and sign-in identifiers we received from Google or Microsoft)
• Signed-in lesson leftover stored with that account (finished lessons, scores, XP, streak, badges, favorites, notes, missed-question ids)
• Membership flags we keep for Cyber Student / Cyber Expert

We aim to close the account within 30 days of a complete request.

What we do not control from this request

• Stripe or Google Play bills. Cancel Cyber Student or Cyber Expert first so a new charge does not land after the account is gone. Website: You → Manage membership. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Google or Microsoft. Revoke Reisen in that provider’s account settings if you want their copy of the sign-in grant gone.
• On this phone. Sign out on You, or clear the site data / uninstall the app, to remove the local cache, sound mute, and review-unlock leftover. That copy is not the account.
• Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in Android Settings. That is Google’s identifier, not a Reisen file.

Stripe and Google Play keep payment records as the law requires. We do not keep your full card number.

What stays until you cancel billing

If a membership is still active, we keep enough to finish cancellation and invoices. After that, the account row is removed as above.

Learn stays usable signed out. Progress on a signed-out device is only on that device.
