Delete leftover without closing the account

On You (fastest)

1. Open You in the Android app or on the website.
2. If you are signed in, tap Reset account progress. That wipes XP, streaks, finished lessons, and badges on this Reisen account — every phone and computer you sign in on. The account, membership, favorites, and notes stay.
3. If you are signed out, tap Reset local progress. That wipes XP, streaks, and badges on this device only.

Email the school

Use this if you want notes, favorites, missed-question leftover, or other data removed and you still want the account.

1. Write support@reiseninstitute.com from the Google or Microsoft address you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Reisen leftover.
3. Say which leftover you want gone (for example notes, favorites, or missed-question ids) and that you want the account kept.

We match the request to the email on the account. If you write from a different address, include the signed-in email. We aim to finish a complete leftover request within 30 days.

What this does not do

• The Reisen account itself. Name, email, and sign-in stay unless you close the account at https://www.reisencyberinstitute.com/delete-account.
• Stripe or Google Play bills. Cancel Cyber Student or Cyber Expert from You → Manage membership, or from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Sound mute and review unlock. Those stay on this device. Sign out, clear site data, or uninstall the app to remove that cache.
• Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in Android Settings. That is Google’s identifier, not a Reisen file.
